2. Purpose and scope

This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit the website parkersolutions.es, people who ask us for information and users of the Parker Solutions platform.

Parker Solutions is an ERP specialised in events, catering, event venues and restaurants. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD, the Spanish data protection act).

3. Data we process

We process the data you give us in the website forms (requesting a proposal or a demo, the configurator and “Add modules” for clients), the data you give us when you sign up for the platform and the data generated when you use it:

  • Identification data: first name, surname, job title and company.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number and postal address.
  • Data about your request: type of business, modules you are interested in, company size and the message you write to us.
  • Platform access data: credentials and activity logs.
  • Contractual data: the data needed to provide and invoice the service.
  • Browsing data, only if you accept the relevant cookies: IP address, browser, pages visited and, in the case of Leadsy, the company from which the website is visited.

The fields marked as mandatory in the form are needed to handle your request; the rest are optional.

If you write to us on WhatsApp using the button on the website, the conversation also goes through WhatsApp, which processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Purposes and legal basis

Handling your request for a proposal or demo

We use your data to contact you, show you Parker and prepare a proposal for you. Legal basis: taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Providing the service to our clients

Management of the contract, platform access, support and invoicing. Legal basis: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Commercial communications

We will only send you commercial communications if you are a client and they relate to products or services similar to those you have contracted (legitimate interest, art. 21.2 of the LSSI, the Spanish e-commerce act) or if you give us your consent. You can object at any time by writing to info@parkersolutions.es or using the unsubscribe link in each email.

Website analytics and marketing

If you accept it in the cookie notice, we measure use of the website (Google Analytics), the results of our campaigns (Google Ads) and which companies visit us (Leadsy). Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie policy.

5. Recipients and international transfers

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties, except where required by law. To provide the service we use suppliers who process it on our behalf (data processors), under contract and only for what we entrust to them:

  • Providers of web hosting, email and platform infrastructure.
  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), only if you accept those cookies. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
  • Leadsy, a provider that identifies visiting companies, only if you accept marketing cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep the data from your request for as long as the business relationship lasts and you do not ask for it to be erased. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and, afterwards, for the legal periods needed to meet tax obligations and possible liabilities.

Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw it.

7. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights recognised by the GDPR at any time:

  • Access: find out what personal data we process about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: ask for your data to be deleted when it is no longer needed.
  • Objection: object to the processing of your data.
  • Restriction: ask for processing to be restricted in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.
To exercise your rights, write to us at C/ Puerta Nueva, 21 · 30001 Murcia or at info@parkersolutions.es, stating which right you wish to exercise. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you for additional information to confirm it.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, the Spanish Data Protection Agency) (aepd.es).

8. Minors

The website and the platform are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not collect data from children under 14 without the consent of their parents or guardians; if we find that such data has been provided, we will delete it.

9. Email integrations

Parker Solutions allows the voluntary connection of external email accounts (Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other IMAP/SMTP providers) to manage communications with clients directly from the platform.

When the user activates this integration, the following data is processed:

  • Email addresses of senders and recipients.
  • Message metadata (subject, date, read status).
  • Message bodies and attachments linked to events or clients.
  • OAuth authentication tokens for access to the account.

This data is accessed exclusively for the features described in the platform. The user can revoke this integration at any time from their settings panel.

10. Google API usage policy

Parker Solutions’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, with data obtained from Google APIs, Parker Solutions undertakes to:

  • Use it only for the features described in the platform.
  • Not sell it to third parties.
  • Not use or transfer it for advertising, including interest-based advertising.
  • Not transfer it to third-party advertising platforms.
  • Not use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
  • Not allow people to access it unless necessary to operate or improve the functionality.

11. Cookies

This website uses its own technical storage and, only if you accept them, third-party analytics and marketing cookies. You can find details of each one, its purpose and its duration, and change your preferences at any time, in the cookie policy.

12. Data security

Parker Solutions applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access.

Access to the platform requires personal credentials. We recommend using strong passwords (at least 8 characters with upper-case letters, numbers and symbols) and keeping them confidential. If you suspect unauthorised use, report it immediately to info@parkersolutions.es.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to adapt it to legal changes or changes in our services. We will publish each version on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant, we will let our clients know.
